Impact Suite priortizes access to care and does not require any doxing information.
Whether there is an specific mental health challange, or a general desire for self improvement and personal growth, Impact Suite has something for everyone.

Q: What is Impact Suite?
A: Impact Suite is an online teletherapy and self help app company providing employee assistance benefits to companies IRL. Through a partnership with CryptoMories, Impact Suite is bridging the gap between Web2 and Web3 utility by providing all Morie holders access to their apps, including free unlimited teletherapy with licensed therapists.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The service is entirely free to all verified CryptoMorie holders
Q: What can I get help with?
A: Impact Suite includes access to 5 separate apps each focused on a specific topic. Depression/anxiety, self improvement, Substance Use Disorder, sexual compulsion, and raising children with internet access
Q: Are therapists licensed and insured?
A: All therapist are fully licensed in their state and insured.
Q: How long will this be available?
A:We started our partnership with Impact Suite as a six montht trial from April 15th to October 15th 2022. As this was a pioneering effort, everything about it was new, and we needed to evaluate it initially. Thankfully everything went even better than expected and we renewed for another six months. We plan to continuously fund this service for holders indefinitely.
Q: Can I get unlimited teletherapy?
A: Yep! They ask you to focus on one goal at a time and typically arrange for 6-8 per goal. But after you've reached your goal you free to create a new one.
Q: What do I do if I have a technical problem?
A: There is a chat bubble at the bottom right of the Impact Suite home page where you can contact their customer support
Q: Why is the app requesting payment?
A: You should bypass any request for payment by clicking "no thanks" and then go to your profile to ensure you are subscribed to premium access using our code.
Q: How do my teen children get access?
A: Teens can have their own accounts that separate their forum communication away from other adult users. To schedule a therapy session they must use their adult parents account.
Q: Can young children under age 13 access IS?
A: No, this service is for ages 13 and above.

Q: How to sign up for Impact Suite?
A: The following details steps will allow you to signup for Impact Suite:
Download the app or navigate to the website that best fits your current needs.

Click the button to “Sign up for free”
Enter your name (or pseudonym, if you feel more comfortable) and valid email address, and create a password.
Check the box labeled “Access Code” and enter the access code you got from CryptoMories.
If you don't have an access code, check the #impact-suite room of the CryptoMories discord (only visible to verified members)
If you are a CryptoMories holder, click the box for “Employee/Organization Member.” If you’re the family member of a Morie holder, select “Family Member.”
Click the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Complete the Captcha verification.

Enter your birthdate. Tip: it’s okay to use only your birth year if you’d like to maintain anonymity. Impact Suite just uses age to separate teens and adults in the forums and send some age-specific content that users might find helpful.
Enter your gender.
Select your username. This is the only name that will appear publicly in the Impact Suite forums.
Choose your avatar.
Select your timezone.

Pro Tip: A known bug is causing some user accounts to freeze during account creation on the mobile apps. The Impact Suite team is working on it now, but to avoid problems, try setting up your account for the first time on a desktop, then signing into the mobile app later.
Q: How to schedule a therapy session?
A: The following details steps will allow you schedule a Teletherapy appointment:
Sign into any of the Impact Suite apps or websites.
Click the “Connect” button from the top left navigation menu.
Click the “Talk With A Therapist” tab at the top of the page.
Select your state of residence. If you live outside of the United States, please select “International.”
At the top of the page, you’ll see a list of therapists licensed to practice in your state. Check out their short bios and see if there is a therapist who appeals to you.
As you scroll down the page, you’ll see a section for “Therapists licensed in other states.” You can schedule a session with any of these professionals. They practice under the title of Licensed Mental Health Coach in any state where they do not hold an active therapy license, but provide the same service.
After selecting the therapist or mental health coach of your choice, click the button to “Schedule a session.”
Select an available date and time that works for your schedule.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link. Follow the link at the time of your appointment to meet virtually with your therapist.
Q: How to chat with a lifestyle coach?
A: The following details steps will allow you to chat with a lifestyle coach:
Sign into any of the Impact Suite apps or websites.
Click the “Connect” button from the top left navigation menu.
Click the “Allies & Coaches” tab at the top of the page.
On the left sidebar, you can view a list of the Impact Suite coaches along with their areas of expertise.
To begin chatting, click on the coach of your choice. A dialogue screen will open with a welcome message and short bio from that coach.
Type your message in the bar at the bottom of the screen and hit “send” to begin chatting.
The app is so easy to use to schedule too. I have two regular sessions with therapists - one that is cognitive behavioral and one that is just focused on learning & implementing meditation and Yoga for everything from energy, depression, or winding down
